Domestic & International Shipping

Charges: For all orders, including prepaid and cash on delivery (COD), Anaisa provides FREE SHIPPING OVER INDIA. Additional shipping costs are assessed per kilogram for orders coming from outside India, and the total shipping costs are determined by the weight of the entire order package, which is determined at the time of checkout.

Tax and duties: Please be aware that various nations impose different import levies, customs fees, and taxes on delivered goods. The customer is responsible for paying all such additional fees in full at the time of delivery. Because we do not accept returns or cancellations for foreign orders after the order has been completed, it is wise to familiarize yourself with your country’s tax laws before making an order with us.

Timelines: As all our outfits are handcrafted, it takes us 5-7 working days from the date of order placement to dispatch domestic as well as international orders.

There may be an extra 10–15-day delay in order dispatch due to volume orders during season time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and avoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc. In such cases, our team shall inform you about the delay via mail or call.

Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.

Process: Our system starts processing your order as soon as you place it on our website. The requested item(s) are put through multiple levels of quality inspections after the order is processed and your outfit(s) leave the manufacturing facility. Your item is carefully packaged before being given to one of our reliable delivery partners. A special tracking identifying number is issued to you on your registered email and cellphone number through SMS after the order is sent. Using the tracking number, you may check the progress of the order delivery on the official website of the courier partner.


Worldwide shipping: We ship to 220+ destinations across the world. You can check the shipping eligibility in your city/country at the time of the order checkout.

Prepaid & COD orders: Prepaid and COD orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel your order, you can mail your cancellation request to us at or you can call us on our customer support number, +919972366870 from Monday to Saturday. (10:00 am till 6:00 pm)

Payment options: We have multiple payment options available for you to choose from – major debit & credit cards, net banking options, recognized eWallets and UPI. We also offer Cash on Delivery option for domestic orders. Please note that we offer the Cash on Delivery option for a maximum of ₹10,000 total order value.

For orders outside India, we only offer prepaid payment options and accept all major Mastercard, American Express, and Visa cards along with recognized payment gateways such as PayPal and PayU.

Credit note usage: If you are issued any credit note, you shall receive it on your registered email ID. It can be applied only once on our official website and within 3 months from the date of issue.

Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy: We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

But in case, you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we would be happy to help you with size-related exchanges. Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns at the moment.

Exchange eligibility: We only offer an exchange for domestic orders. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, and unworn, and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.

Exchange terms and criteria: Please note the following points while requesting an exchange for your order.

Once delivered, our bags, home décor, and jewelry items are non-exchangeable unless in rare cases the item is defective.


If your exchange request meets the above-mentioned terms and criteria, here is the step-by-step exchange process we undertake to ensure hassle-free support.

An amount of 300 rs ( per product ) will be charged to process your exchange request, once it is done you are requested to share the screenshot of the payment in the same mail with us.

(In case, you wish to send the exchange product directly to us, our team shall share the shipping address with you. After dispatching the item(s), we request you to share the AWB number along with the courier company name and POD. Please ensure that you dispatch the items for exchange via reputed courier agencies only because Anaisa shall not be liable for any loss of the parcel or items during transit for the items directly shipped by the customer.)

After the payment has been done, our customer support team shall initiate the reverse pickup via trusted courier services.

Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we dispatch the requested (new) size to you within 3-5 working days.

Exchanges for size will only be done once per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be entertained.

There may be certain cases when the requested product size may not be available in our inventory. For such instances, our customer support team informs you about the same and shall issue a credit note for the total item(s) amount.


We offer you the ease of cancellation of your prepaid and COD orders within 24 hours of order placement. In the case of prepaid orders, we can offer you a refund for the same amount or a credit note of the same amount.

We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our analytics team for payment-related or fraudulent practices issues, etc. In the case where prepaid orders are canceled by Anaisa, we shall refund the complete amount of the order in their registered bank account with us. We shall inform the customer about the same via mail on their registered email ID. Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.

Credit note: Validity of the Credit voucher issued for order cancellation will be valid for 90 days.

Any cancellations after placing prepaid orders will be charged 2-3% (as payment gateway charges)
